A barista pours a rosetta into a latte at the Ember & Oak counter
Roasted in-house · Open daily from 7

Slow mornings, small-batch coffee.

A neighborhood coffee bar where every bean is roasted a few steps from your cup — espresso, pour-over and pastries baked before sunrise.

Our story

Two friends, one tiny roaster, and a corner with good light.

Ember & Oak started with a 5 kg roaster in a garage and a stubborn belief that great coffee shouldn't need a lecture. We buy green coffee from importers who publish what farmers are paid, roast twice a week, and serve it within days.

Come for a cortado, stay for the window seat. Laptops welcome on weekdays; weekends are for conversation.
